  • This application will take 14 working days to process. However, it may take more than 14 working days if the application is incomplete or lacking of required documents or payments.
  • The maximum file size for photo submission is 180 Kb and must be in JPEG format ('jpg' extension). Dimension of the photo image has to be not more than 400 by 514 pixels. ( Click HERE if you need to crop your photo )
  • Submission of supporting documents is only in PDF format, maximum file size is 500 Kb.
